Payment 

At Sonata Dental Care, payment is due in full at the end of each appointment. We accept the following methods of payment:

Insurance

Please bring your insurance information on your first visit. We will be pleased to file all insurance estimates and claims on your behalf.

Missed Appointment Policy

When cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, please be considerate and give us two full business days notice.
